The municipalities of Elchingen, Dornstadt, Blaustein and Nersingen are working together within the framework of an inter-municipal cooperation with the Stadtentwicklungsverband Ulm/Neu-Ulm together, in order to coordinate and optimize the marketing of commercial space.

The aim of the collaboration is to offer companies in the region a wide range of well-connected, development-ready commercial sites – transparently, in a coordinated manner, and from a single source. The partners pool their resources, align their plans, and thus create an attractive offering for investors and businesses.

By jointly marketing our products, we are setting an example for regional cooperation and creating the basis for economic growth and sustainable location development.
