Opening access for electronic communication
Electronic communication with the Ulm Urban Development Association/Neu-Ulm according to Article 3a of the Bavarian Administrative Procedure Act (BayVwVfG):
The Stadtentwicklungsverband Ulm/Neu-Ulm offers options for electronic communication. The transmission of electronic documents to the Stadtentwicklungsverband Ulm/Neu-Ulm is only permissible under the following conditions:
- Access points in the sense of this access opening are the published email addresses.
- The Stadtentwicklungsverband Ulm/Neu-Ulm Accepts documents in the following file formats: • ANSI text files (*.txt) • Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
• Word for Windows, version 2007 and earlier (*.docx)
• Excel for Windows, version 2007 and earlier (*.xlsx)
• PowerPoint for Windows, version 2007 and earlier (*.pptx)
• XANIA forms (*.xan)
• Portable Data File Version 8 *.pdf)
• AutoCAD 2006 (*.dwg)
• Joint Photographic Expert Group (*.jpg)
• Graphics Interchange Format (*.gif)
• Tag Image File Format (*.tif)
• Bitmap Pictures (*.bmp)Other formats are only permitted with the express consent of the receiving entity. No automated processes or programming (e.g., macros) may be used in any permitted format.
- For technical reasons, encrypted emails cannot currently be decrypted. If you wish to send us confidential information, please use postal mail.
- Furthermore, for technical reasons, electronic signatures cannot yet be verified for authenticity and validity. As a result, documents that are subject to a legal requirement of written form cannot be submitted electronically. We therefore ask you to use paper-based communication in these cases.
- Files in the formats mentioned under point 2 are also accepted in compressed form as non-self-extracting ZIP archives (*.zip).
- The Stadtentwicklungsverband Ulm/Neu-Ulm Offers electronic forms on the internet. These should be used whenever possible.
- If an email cannot be processed, you will be notified by the recipient. This can be caused, for example, by computer viruses, general technical problems, or deviations from the aforementioned technical requirements.
- These instructions apply only to communication with the Stadtentwicklungsverband Ulm/Neu-Ulm and do not apply to references to offers from third parties, such as other authorities.
Liability for content
